この製品は、ウレタン重合体であり、複数の工程を経て作られます。最初に、1,2-ブチレンオキシドとプロピレングリコール（PG）を反応させてポリエーテルジオールを生成します。次に、アジピン酸、イソフタル酸、および3-メチルペンタン-1,5-ジオールを縮合反応させてジオール重合体を作ります。これら2つの重合体を混合し、トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートと反応させることで、ポリウレタンを形成します。最後に、ポリウレタンの両末端をヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミドでブロックします。

Polyurethane-98 is a urethane polymer that is produced through multiple steps. Initially, a polyether diol is obtained by reacting 1,2-butylene oxide with Propylene Glycol (PG). Subsequently, a diol polymer is synthesized by condensing Adipic Acid, Isophthalic Acid, and 3-methylpentane-1,5-diol. These two polymers are combined and then reacted with Trimethylhexamethylene Diisocyanate to form polyurethane. Finally, the ends of the polyurethane are capped with Hydroxyethyl Acrylamide.
