この製品は、イソホロンジアミンとＰＥＧ－１０（＊）を使用してイソホロンジイソシアネート（ＩＰＤＩ（＊））と反応させ、その重合体をアクリル酸ブチル（＊）とアクリル酸２－ヒドロキシエチル（＊）の混合物でブロックし、アミノメチルプロパノール（ＡＭＰ（＊））で反応を終了させて作られるウレタン重合体です。
Polyurethane-82 is a type of urethane polymer that is produced by combining Isophorone Diisocyanate with isophorone diamine and PEG-10. The resulting polymer is then blocked with a mixture of Butyl Acrylate and 2-Hydroxyethyl Acrylate, and the reaction is terminated using Aminomethyl Propanol. This process yields a high-quality polyurethane material.
